How To Reduce Underarm Sweating – 3 Tips

The scorching weather outside along with our naturally warm body temperatures cause us to sweat all over our bodies. And that can be a disaster if your going to be sporting a new cute dress or giving an important presentation. You want all eyes to be on you, but not that way! Don’t let your sweat steal the show and use the tips below!

1. It’s a Breeze

If your clothes feel like they are part of your skin, it’s most likely your underarms are suffocating! Wearing loose clothing will allow for air to pass through your clothes so you can cool of quicker, leading to less sweat! Also make sure to not wear heavy clothing/layers which could restrict the amount of air that can pass through your clothes.

2. Pad it up!

Wearing underarm pads can aid in minimizing the amount of sweat that gets on your shirt. The pads are worn under your arm and they absorb the sweat that you produce. You should be able to find them at your local pharmacy or

3. A Sprinkle here, a Sprinkle There

Using baby powder (or deodorant powder) along with your deodorant is a formula that can lead to minimizing the amount of sweat that you produce. This is not as effective as using an underarm pad, however it will still work! You can find awesome and handmade deodorant powders on Etsy, go serach for some today!
